Novicorp WinToFlash on Windows XP installation-setup

Novicorp WinToFlash is one of USB-boot-loader-creator that can create bootable USB easily using simple step by step (wizard mode). You can free download this software here.
The interface is very simple, so that you can easily install your windows OS using simple wizard :

But there is a problem when you use this method to install Windows XP : it won’t work (i am using ver. 0.7.0000 beta), especially if you use on your new laptop. The solution is simple, do not use a simple wizard, use advanced mode. Choose Format tab, and make sure in file system you choose FAT 16 LBA like the screenshot below :

It is not the product quality issue but it is common problem on latest model of computer/notebook, the system cannot load the Windows XP Boot loader properly from the USB Device with FAT32 LBA.
For other operating system Boot loader could be using the FAT32 LBA, depends on the Operating System Boot loader – Hardware support.
